BR Brands was founded in 2019 by its exclusive financial partner Rose Capital, as a CPG platform focused on amalgamating cannabis brands through a buy and build strategy. BR Brands was the parent company to Rose’s investments in brands such as Mary’s, Beezle, Rebel Coast and Defonce. In 2020 BR Brands merged with Dixie to form BellRock Brands.
